Baldwin Dream Team member Sidney Simon, Licensed Realtor, was born and raised in Bronx, New York. As a teenager she moved to Atlanta, graduating from Clark Atlanta University, with a communications major. As a human resources specialist, Sidney worked for Oxford Industries, the apparel company, and more recently, SunTrust Bank, where she was Compliance Manager responsible for developing and nurturing vendor relationships with regulatory agencies, accounting and consulting firms. 

"I have a knack for creating and building partnerships. My passion for real estate was sparked from personal investing but before long I noticed I was a natural at connecting buyers and sellers." Sidney held her Georgia real estate license with Keller Williams before relocating in 2007 to Montclair, NJ with her husband Jonathan, an investment banker for Citigroup, and her two young children.

Top real estate producer Nancy Chu , Licensed Realtor, joined the Baldwin Dream Team in 2005 from New York University School of Medicine's Department of Ophthalmology, where worked as an administrator for 6 years. 

As theater director, Nancy worked at The Public Theatre, Long Wharf Theatre, The Lucille Lortel Foundation, Columbia University, Williamstown Theatre Festival, Second Stage Theatre, and The Culture Project. She serves as the Associate Artistic Director for Isadora Productions, and is a member of both the Women's Project & Productions and the Lincoln Center Theatre Directors Lab. She is also a playwright.

The Baldwin Dream Team's Nick Baldwin, Licensed Realtor, was born in New York City and raised in Brooklyn Heights before moving to Montclair at the age of 6. Trained as a professional actor and singer, he's a longtime member of SAG and AFTRA, with professional credits in NYC, LA and NJ. During his 4-year LA stint, he also worked as a Certified Personal Trainer at several major health clubs and upon return to NJ, launched a private personal-training business.  

Nick's educational background includes the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in Manhattan, studying excercise science at Bergen Community College and marketing and PR at Montclair State University.
